Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Coat the marinated chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and serve immediately.

Notes
