- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder for at least 15 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra moisture, use boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Allow the chicken to rest after cooking for better juiciness.
