- 1 cup ripe mangoes, diced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar until well combined.
- Gradually add the eggs and milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the skillet to form small pancakes (about four inches wide).
- Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip them to brown the other side.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually mix in the condensed milk to enhance the sweetness of the whipped cream.
- To assemble, spread the whipped cream mixture on one pancake, add a layer of diced mangoes, and cover it with another pancake.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled treat.
Notes
