  4. Pour the batter into the skillet to form small pancakes (about four inches wide).

  6. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Gradually mix in the condensed milk to enhance the sweetness of the whipped cream.
  8. To assemble, spread the whipped cream mixture on one pancake, add a layer of diced mangoes, and cover it with another pancake.
