Description

A vibrant and creamy blend of yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and fresh herbs, perfect as a dip or a sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and drain excess moisture by salting it and letting it sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, salt, and fresh dill.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour to enhance the flavors.

Best served cold. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
