Description

A delightful, crunchy masterpiece of Swedish crispbread, perfect for pairing with various dips or toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (flax, sesame, pumpkin)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rye flour, and mixed seeds.
  3. Gradually add water and salt to form a cohesive dough.
  4. Roll the dough out as thinly as possible, about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into rounds or desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
