Instructions
- Juice fresh pomegranates to collect the nectar.

- Cook until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Perform the cold plate test for doneness.
- Pour the jelly into sanitized jars while hot.
- Seal the jars and process them in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let the jars cool, then store them in a cool, dark place.
Notes
To maximize juice extraction, roll the pomegranates before cutting. Use high-quality pectin for best results.
