Description

A simple and delicious recipe for homemade meatballs that are packed with flavor and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
