- 2 cups whole-grain pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Grated cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add pasta, beef broth, seasonings, and milk to the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked and broth is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
- Serve topped with grated cheese and parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This dish can be frozen for up to 2 months; omit fresh toppings until serving.
