Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water, discarding any bad berries.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water; bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, stir in the orange zest and cinnamon, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.

Notes
