- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celery salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 dash Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add one cup of mayonnaise.
- Pour in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Add one tablespoon of granulated sugar.
- Sprinkle in one teaspoon of celery salt.
- Add half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
- Using a whisk, combine all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir well before using to dress your shredded cabbage and carrots.
