Description

A creamy and tangy homemade coleslaw dressing that you can easily customize to suit your taste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 dash Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add one cup of mayonnaise.
  3. Pour in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add one tablespoon of granulated sugar.
  5. Sprinkle in one teaspoon of celery salt.
  6. Add half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Using a whisk, combine all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  8. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  10. Stir well before using to dress your shredded cabbage and carrots.

Notes

Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir before using.
