- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 whole almonds
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the chilled mixture into small bars and place on a baking sheet.
- Top each bar with a whole almond.
- Dip each bar into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated bars back on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to set at room temperature.
Notes
For a nut-free option, replace almonds with sunflower seeds. To make dairy-free, use dairy-free chocolate and coconut cream.
