  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in a pan until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the wilted spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
