- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté fresh spinach in a pan until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wilted spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes. Serve with dippers like baguette slices or veggies.
