Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually mix in eggs and coconut milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.

Notes
