Instructions

- Whisk in brown sugar until it resembles wet sand.
- Add corn syrup, vanilla extract, and the egg; mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture over half-baked brownies.
- Continue baking until fully set, then let cool for at least an hour before slicing.
Notes
Line your pan with parchment paper for easier removal. Underbake the brownies for a few minutes before adding the pecan topping for the best texture.
