- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and cooked tortellini until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and layer with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute traditional tortellini with gluten-free pasta. Use plant-based ground beef and vegan cheese for a dairy-free version.
