Delicious and nutritious chicken burgers, easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other fresh toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
  6. Assemble the burgers with fresh toppings and serve with a side salad.

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the chicken mixture to prevent tough patties. Use lean ground chicken for a healthier option.
