- 1 egg

- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other fresh toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with fresh toppings and serve with a side salad.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the chicken mixture to prevent tough patties. Use lean ground chicken for a healthier option.
