- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a tester comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For the best results, use room temperature ingredients and avoid overmixing the batter.
