- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb deli meats (ham, turkey, or chicken)
- 1 lb cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or basil)
- Dijon mustard (optional)
- Additional toppings (caramelized onions, pineapple slices, pickles – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating.
- Layer your choice of deli meats and cheeses on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and dried herbs.
- Cover the sliders with the top half of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and melty.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Try adding different ingredients to customize your sliders. To avoid sogginess, avoid overloading with fillings.
