Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb deli meats (ham, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 lb cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or basil)
  • Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Additional toppings (caramelized onions, pineapple slices, pickles – optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating.
  3. Layer your choice of deli meats and cheeses on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and dried herbs.
  5. Cover the sliders with the top half of the rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and melty.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
