Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  5. Stuff each shell generously with the beef mixture.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Notes

Cook the pasta shells al dente to prevent them from breaking when stuffing. Consider adding spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor.
