Instructions
- Crumble the feta cheese into a blender or food processor.
- Add garlic, parsley, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust seasoning and blend again if necessary.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, crackers, or chips. Garnish with herbs or olive oil for visual appeal.
