- 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- Gel food coloring (green, as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chopped dark chocolate together in a bowl.
- Stir in the sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the salt and vanilla extract.
- Add the all-purpose flour and stir until combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Add gel food coloring to achieve desired green color.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
