Ingredients
Scale
- 2 steak slices (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup cooked fluffy rice
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup creamy sauce (e.g., ranch or yogurt-based)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the zucchini slices to the grill. Cook until tender and grill marks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice the grilled steak and serve it over a bed of fluffy rice.
- Top with the grilled zucchini and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!
Notes
Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness. You can add more vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
