Ingredients

- 1 cup Kale, fresh, washed
- 1 cup Spinach, fresh
- 1 medium Green Apple, cored and sliced
- 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 inch Ginger, fresh, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Water or Coconut Water
Instructions
- Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry.
- Core and slice the green apple into quarters.
- Slice the cucumber into manageable pieces.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice, removing any seeds.
- Peel and slice the ginger into smaller pieces.
- Add the kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into the juicer. Pour in the water or coconut water.
- Turn on the juicer and blend until smooth. Adjust the pulp setting if necessary.
- Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
Notes
Use fresh, organic ingredients and experiment with quantities to suit your taste. Consider adding mint leaves for a twist.
