- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar until glossy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the butterscotch chips.
- Press the batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 25–28 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan for at least 45 minutes before slicing into bars.
