Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Notes
Stir the egg mixture quickly with the gnocchi off the heat to prevent scrambling the eggs. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best taste. Feel free to add more black pepper to enhance the flavor.
