Description

Delicious and versatile gluten-free egg noodles made easily at home, perfect for soups, stir-fries, and various sauces.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix until the dough feels like play dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each thinly to about 1-2 mm.
  5. Cut the noodles into ½ inch strips.
  6. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes depending on their thickness.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
