- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter and mini marshmallows in a large pot over low heat until completely melted.
- Stir in the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish and let it cool.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Use fresh spices for the best flavor. Lightly grease your hands when pressing the mixture into the pan for easier handling.
