Ingredients

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and mini marshmallows in a large pot over low heat until completely melted.
  2. Stir in the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
