Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Use Halloween-shaped cookie cutters to punch out shapes from the tortillas.
- Lay out the shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush or spray each shape lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle on salt and any desired spices like paprika.
- Bake in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them to avoid burning.
- Remove when edges are crisp and golden, and let them cool before serving.
Notes
Fresh tortillas yield the best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best enjoyed the same day but can last a few days if stored properly.
