Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet (about 1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups cold water or low-calorie juice
  • Zero-calorie sweetener (optional)
  • Sliced strawberries, blueberries, or citrus slices (optional)

  4. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set. Serve directly from the bowl or in cups.
