- 1 packet (about 1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 cups cold water or low-calorie juice
- Zero-calorie sweetener (optional)
- Sliced strawberries, blueberries, or citrus slices (optional)
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of water into a heatproof bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top and let it sit for two minutes to bloom.
- Boil the other cup of water, then pour it over the bloomed gelatin. Stir until everything is dissolved.
- Sweeten to taste and add berries if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set. Serve directly from the bowl or in cups.
