Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the remaining water or juice in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once warm, add the bloomed gelatin to the liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add in any fresh fruits or additional flavorings as desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into clear cups or molds.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Serve with whipped cream and mint for garnish.

Notes

Avoid boiling the gelatin mixture to ensure proper setting. For a vegan option, substitute gelatin with agar-agar.
