Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining water or juice in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once warm, add the bloomed gelatin to the liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add in any fresh fruits or additional flavorings as desired.
- Pour the mixture into clear cups or molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve with whipped cream and mint for garnish.
Notes
Avoid boiling the gelatin mixture to ensure proper setting. For a vegan option, substitute gelatin with agar-agar.
