Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes.

- Whip the mixture to incorporate air, resulting in a fluffy texture.
- Pour into a mold or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- To serve, dip the mold in warm water briefly, then invert onto a plate.
