Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package flavored gelatin (any fruit flavor)
  • 2 cups water (divided: 1 cup hot and 1 cup cold)
  • Fresh fruit (berries, if desired)
  • Whipped cream or yogurt for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flavored gelatin with 1 cup of hot water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  4. Once set, unmold the gelatin and cut it into cubes or serve directly from the dish.
  5. Garnish with fresh fruits or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Make sure to avoid using fresh pineapple or kiwi as they can prevent gelatin from setting properly.
