- 1 package flavored gelatin (any fruit flavor)
- 2 cups water (divided: 1 cup hot and 1 cup cold)
- Fresh fruit (berries, if desired)
- Whipped cream or yogurt for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flavored gelatin with 1 cup of hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Once set, unmold the gelatin and cut it into cubes or serve directly from the dish.
- Garnish with fresh fruits or whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Make sure to avoid using fresh pineapple or kiwi as they can prevent gelatin from setting properly.
