Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 11-12 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Once the pasta is ready, drain and toss it with the garlic oil.
- Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, reserve a cup of pasta water and add it to the dish for a creamy consistency. Adjust garlic to taste if it’s too strong.
