Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 11-12 minutes.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Once the pasta is ready, drain and toss it with the garlic oil.
  4. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, reserve a cup of pasta water and add it to the dish for a creamy consistency. Adjust garlic to taste if it’s too strong.
