Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the pizza dough into bite-sized chunks.
- Toss dough pieces in melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat with Parmesan cheese.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red chili flakes before baking or use a mix of cheeses like mozzarella.
