Description

Delicious homemade bites of pizza dough coated in a fragrant garlic and parmesan mix, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the pizza dough into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Toss dough pieces in melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red chili flakes before baking or use a mix of cheeses like mozzarella.
