- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter

- 8 oz pasta (twisted or fettuccine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning until combined and heated through.
- Combine the cooked pasta and Cajun Alfredo sauce.
- Serve the steak bites over the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
