- 200g rigatoni pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and place them in the skillet with the garlic butter.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into pieces.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Mix in the sliced chicken and cook together for another couple of minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with parsley if desired.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Pair with a green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
