A delicious and comforting dish blending garlic butter with tender chicken and rigatoni pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 200g rigatoni pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and place them in the skillet with the garlic butter.
  5. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into pieces.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Mix in the sliced chicken and cook together for another couple of minutes.
  9. Serve hot, topped with parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Pair with a green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
