Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin or flank)

- Garlic (minced)
- Butter

Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Once hot, add the steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your preferred doneness.
- In the last couple of minutes of cooking, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the steak as it finishes cooking to infuse it with flavor.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
