- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth or water

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the rice and mix well with beef.
- Pour in chicken broth or water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook until rice is tender.
- Once cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. Feel free to add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra nutrition and color.
