Description

Ingredients

  • 12 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 24 skinless or skin-on salmon fillets (68 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter with minced garlic and lemon zest.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
