Delicious rollups filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese, all wrapped in buttery crescent rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat and remove from heat.
  2. In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in parsley and garlic powder if using.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Unroll crescent roll dough, separate into triangles.
  6. Place beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese at the center of each triangle and roll up from the wide end.
  7. Brush with garlic butter mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with extra garlic butter for dipping.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or chicken. For vegetarian options, use meat substitutes or mushrooms.
