- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate, chopped (at least 60% cocoa)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Optional: Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries) for serving
- Optional: Whipped cream or micro marshmallows for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing the crumbs and melted butter, then press into a lined pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the chopped chocolate with heavy cream until smooth.
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water; then stir into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Layer the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust and allow it to cool completely.
- Add marshmallow fluff and spread evenly over the cooled chocolate layer.
- Cover and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, let thaw for about 5 minutes before slicing into squares for serving.
