Description

A deliciously creamy chocolate marshmallow treat that brings the nostalgia of campfire nights to your home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate, chopped (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • Optional: Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries) for serving
  • Optional: Whipped cream or micro marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing the crumbs and melted butter, then press into a lined pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the chopped chocolate with heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Bloom the gelatin in cold water; then stir into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Layer the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust and allow it to cool completely.
  5. Add marshmallow fluff and spread evenly over the cooled chocolate layer.
  6. Cover and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, let thaw for about 5 minutes before slicing into squares for serving.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor and ensure each layer is cooled before layering to prevent mixing.
