Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans and slice the beef against the grain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add the beef strips to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic followed by the green beans. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mix well with the green beans, and let the flavors meld for another minute. Serve immediately.
