Description

A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional pasta, zucchini noodles are quick to prepare and can be customized with your favorite sauces and toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
  • Chili flakes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchinis and spiralize them into noodles.
  2. If desired, pat the zoodles dry with a paper towel.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the zoodles to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring gently until slightly softened.
  5. Add minced garlic if desired and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and toppings.

Notes

Zucchini noodles shrink when cooked, so consider doubling the amount. Leaving them raw provides extra crunch for salads.
