Instructions
- Sauté onions in olive oil over medium-low heat until golden and caramelized, about 20-30 minutes.
- In a separate pan, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- In a casserole dish, combine the cooked beef, caramelized onions, broth, rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
