Instructions
- Separate egg whites and let them age in the fridge for a day.
- Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar to eliminate lumps.
- Whip egg whites to soft peaks, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff and glossy.
- Gently fold in the almond flour mixture until just combined.
- Pipe small circles onto baking sheets lined with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- Let the macarons rest until a skin forms on the surface.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before filling with your chosen filling.
