- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it is about ¼ inch thick. Cut the dough into rectangles, around 4×6 inches each.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on one half of each rectangle.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Fold the other half over the filling and press down firmly to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
