Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it is about ¼ inch thick. Cut the dough into rectangles, around 4×6 inches each.
  3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on one half of each rectangle.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Fold the other half over the filling and press down firmly to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  6. Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
