Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the carrots, bell peppers, and onions until tender.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables with ground chicken, thyme, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each rectangle, fold the pastry, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces.
