Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tomatillos, husked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped (optional)
  • Tortillas, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Blend avocados, tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve the chicken in warm tortillas, drizzled with the avocado sauce.

Notes
