Ingredients

- Juice of 2 limes

- Salt, to taste
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tomatillos, husked and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, chopped (optional)
- Tortillas, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in lime juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
- Blend avocados, tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño in a food processor until smooth.
- Cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the chicken in warm tortillas, drizzled with the avocado sauce.
Notes
