Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic, red pepper flakes, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, green onion, and egg. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, using a cookie scoop for uniform size.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss the baked meatballs in additional sweet chili sauce before serving.
Notes
For a spicier variant, add diced jalapeños. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
