- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce, garlic, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cooked pancakes, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, then serve hot garnished with green onions and lime wedges.
Notes
