- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your pie crust and chill it in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, spices, and salt.
- Gradually stir in the evaporated milk until fully combined.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the chilled crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
- Lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow the pie to cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, chill your crust before baking and use fresh pumpkin puree for a richer flavor.
