  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare your pie crust and chill it in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk until fully combined.
  5. Pour the pumpkin filling into the chilled crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
  7. Lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
  8. Allow the pie to cool before slicing.
